Moroccan-born EZ Abde scores first goal for Barcelona

Moroccan-born Ez Abde scores his first goal for Barcelona in their game against Osasuna which ended in a 2-2 draw.

Abdessamad “Abde” Ezzalzouli, known as Ez Abde, was born in Morocco in 2001. He currently plays as a winger for Barcelona.

He wrote on his Instagram about feeling happy to score his first goal for Barcelona, but unhappy that didn’t help the team to win.

Ez Abde moved to Spain with his family at the age of three. He started playing football in the city of Elche. He signed for Barcelona B on 31 August 2021.

Ez made his professional debut with Barcelona on 30 October 2021 playing against Alavés. Thus he became the first Moroccan-born player to play for Barcelona.

On the International stage, Ez Abde plays for Morocco, and was featured in the under-20 team at the 2020 Arab Cup U-20, scoring two goals in five games.
